After being a loyal customer of Sony Ericsson (k508i and k550i) I have moved to Nokia. There are lot of reasons to do that. First reason, and obviously as I was without a mobile. And one of the main reason to choose Nokia is issue with all the SE phones with its connector, one is bound to get an issue with the handsfree or the charger one day. And the white screen issue is a lot with the SE phones as I googled around. Also dirt goes inside of the phone (in between the screen and the cover)
Nokia 5320
For a budget of 10 grands there were two mobiles I shorlisted, W580i amd Nokia 5320 Xpress Music, it was a tough decision to leave SE and switch to Nokia.
Well the plus point of this phone, it has 3G, S60 3rd edition OS, music brand, 3.5mm jack, 1GB card, it is not slow as those Nseries mobiles I have seen.
Although the battery isn’t that great as many say about Nokia, I am not that happy with the buttons, and the menus are hard to customize. Or may be I am not used to Nokia. The camera is okay.

Anyways a good mobile and worth the price. Nokia 5800 XpressMusic touch phone has come but that too costly for a mobile.

Can you please tell me the IMEI number- 7th and 8th digit of your phone? I have foung all 5320 have 02 as 7th and 8th digit. it means to say that they are chinese make

i AM going to buy Nokia 5320 XM very shortly. May be this new year. I am going to buy this with my hard earned first salary. So, should i buy from a branded store(where i cannot bargain) or street shops(where i can bargain). I live in bangalore.

I purchased from Nokia Priority Showroom at 10149/- and I bargained there from 10500. Go for Mobile Store. Try bargaining even there also.

hi , i bought this phone 0n 16feb2009. 3 days back i switchedOFF the phone within next second I switchedON the phone, like this i did 4 or 5 times. NOW i feel cpu performing slowly. i didnot remember cpu performed fast earlier. by doing this any problem will occur. y i did this because 5320N_Cage video sometime freezes but audio goes on. after i restart, video and audio sync and runs smoothly, and i also felt cpu running slowly. pls clear my doubt. i feel am not satisfied with this phone. i have no problem, mssg, gprs, video, audio, camera etc all working well. only thing is i feel cpu is running slowly

try updating it…otherwise there may be some issues with ur phone….better u ask for servicing
